Printemps - 2006

Christmas Windows 2006

The artistry and animation of the Printemps windows
 in 2006 were remarkable,
and there was no corporate name associated for promotion.
There was no Chanel, Lagerfeld, etc.

The theme, I suppose, was dancing pots and pans,
and each window had distinctive bright colors.
I thought you would like a vivid photo of the 2006 windows.

Thnx for sharing, Genie!
Have a great weekend :)

Thank you for sharing this. Are the windows always sponsored now?

It's simply magnificent! :)

I've been neglecting blogging and commenting the last few months because I have a lot going on. (All good.) But I'm coming back with a vengeance. Lol

It makes me to be a excited child again! (Wanting to be part of the magic, to touch everything, to taste everything, to move everything, to play a cross legged social talk with the kettle, "is it milk, tea or hot chocolate? Is it very hot? Who made it? Where are you going running? Is the little one your child? Do you like Christmas?. All that BEYOND its technical perfection.
Thanks Miss Genie, you did magic for us. Take care. Stay sheltered.

Betty, sadly each of the large magasins have "themes" which reflect the sponsor, commercial interest for the holiday season. Although I am not certain, I think that either 2007 or 2008 were the last of the artistic, non-commercial window displays. Sad.

To all - each window seemed to have the music of a different country or culture. You should find the videos on YouTube, particularly of the orange/red dancing pots.
