You seem to be on a high place yourself to take this picture..I'm wondering where you were!
Interesting combination of focal points!!! Fun shot!!!
Very cool perspective! I am ready to ride and try to touch the top.
When will we see the pictures you took from La Grande Roue?
What a lineup! I think I know where you were, but did you ride la grande roue?
Malyss -- I was standing on the terrasse at the west end of Tuileries. The telephoto lens distorts the distances as I had to look at a map to be sure that it really was Grand PalaisChieftess -- There was nice lighting that day... merciMarie -- It would be fun to ride but it was soooo cold on the ground that we did not ride. Also, the visibility was low most of the days we were thereStarman -- I am no chicken but will have to take "the ride" on my next visit!Alexa -- Yes, when you are standing on the terrace at the top of the steps, it is a great vantage point for photos... We had intentions of riding but for me it would have been for the photo ops...
AH! The "Parisian Trinity," perhaps?Interesting technical achievement, Genie; well done!
