Roi Charles épagneul

King Charles Spaniel

The Parisians dote on their dogs, no matter the size.
This King Charles was outfitted with a fleece lined rain-cape
for the intermittent showers of spring.

I have seen small dogs and large,
the biggest... a Great Dane on rue de Richelieu!

For the yesterday picture:
I think Joe's comment is magistral! I'm impressed: he said "Life", not just "the joy of life", for this photo of children. ¿Have you seen more beautiful feet, than those of this girl? It has made me to discover and thank I was a child as well and still have my feet. Like that girl, I still ask myself how it is possible not to say "Thanks a lot my feet, for everything you do for me everyday". Including, to keep the memories of my first sand days. Genie when you cropped the head of the lady , for me, this beautiful image turned from being a portrait of a mom to a portrait of the motherhood.
I have no words enough to say thank you Genie, thank you Joe. And thanks God for children... A hug!

I just want to get down on one knee and scratch him under the chin. :-)

If I lived in Paris, I'd consider having a dog (but a small one!)—just because you can take them practically everywhere.
