Rue de Sèvres - chez toi?

Rue de Sèvres

As you can see from the staircase wall and the wet floor,
it was a rainy day in Paris.
Often you get a sprinkling of rain,
and one can dart in and out of the scattered showers.

But on this day it simply poured,
so I pulled out my underwater camera (aptly named)
and we made the best of the weather.
We planned our day around visiting churches, five which we had never seen.

We were not disappointed.
A rainy day in Paris beats a rainy day at home.
(so says Holly)

I'm with you Genie. A hooded raincoat and off I'll slosh.

We may be sweet but we're not made of sugar so we won't melt ... What's a little rain???? Lovely photo and the rain adds a luster to the green plants.

Well that's a good way to spend a rainy day. Lovely shot.

You and Holly both have the right attitude. (And how smart are you to carry a waterproof camera so you can keep on snapping no matter what the weather?!)

I would love to be there, even in the rain.
