Église Saint-Étienne du Mont

Églies Saint-Étienne du Mont

This side entrance of Saint-Étienne
are closed but the ornate doorway is stunning.
Many will recognize it from the movie "Midnight in Paris"

Built between 1492 and 1626, the light interior is filled with cherubs and angels.
I would put it high on your list.

bon dimanche

The artist were kept busy when constructing this this building. The purple doors are outstanding.

The color of the doors is so vibrant in your photo - wonder if they have painted them recently. Great photo and yes, a definite must see.

I came over, from "Paris Daily Photo." What a lovely blog you have!

I love photos of Paris. My husband and I were lucky enough to spend 8 wonderful days there, back in 1999.

Thank you for all your lovely photos. Both of Paris, and of "beyond"...

Happy October,
Tessa~
