Like so many bumble-bees all in a swarm,
these petites are intently focused...

As a mother of four, I do love this one, even if mine are in their 40s now!! Sweet memories indeed! Hope your week is going well, Genie!!

This was taken in Paris all right: Look at the fancy shoes on these children! Ballet flats to play at the park: pourquoi pas? A Paris, tout est possible. A bientôt. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

Hello Genie:
We have, during our rather protracted absence, so missed our daily visits to Paris. This charming image of the little 'bees', as you so aptly describe these delightful children, is a wonderful way with which to make our return. You really do have such an eye for a captivating photograph, and one in which there is always more than is immediately apparent.

Surely a school strolling. The teacher can watch the kids and can't lose them.I agree with Veronique about the shoes!

Like tiny crossing guards! I suppose this is to help the teacher keep up with them. Adorable. I want those red flats!

Cute. I thought the kid with the red flats was a boy?

Oh so cute in their neon vests—and so well-dressed under them! Even in blue jeans, these kids couldn't be anything but French. Great shot, Genie!

I smile that it's the little girls who are busy looking and discovering, the boy has his mind on other things.

Their shoes! :) Love 'em, and noticed them first thing. But of course, the children are adorable!

That is too cute.

They look so well behaved. The power of patent leather shoes?

I wonder if the focus of their attention are ants or some kind of bug. Great shot of their intense interest.

Their pretty little shoes say that these kids are not playing 'street cleaner' [see the neon vest in your Nettoyage des colonnes]. You caught the eye of the central figure perfectly -- and it's clear the three heads are all focused toward the same object(s). Sweet catch!
