Quelque chose pour moi?

So, how does life look from that vantage point? Not too bad, I would say!

Oh my goodness - this little thing is so Parisienne.
I would love to be able to pop my little pup in my suitcase. She too fits the part.

I love the picture... the fact that it centered on the dog makes it much more interesting than if you had something different. still I can't help but wonder what the two leg owners look like..

Very cute! And I love her boots.

Oh this is classic Genie, from the turned up jeans to the padded doggy coat. Looks so good in black and white too.
Best wishes

If there is such a thing as reincarnation I would very much like to return as dog in Paris.

He is waiting for something nice, a cookie?

what a delightful image! the dog looking yearningly toward the one with feet firmly planted on the ground. and then those other pair of legs dangling. wonderful!

I love the very Parisian "legs" and the pampered pup who is looking up so longingly!

Très mignon! The way he is looking up expectantly! Also, how cute is it that both dog and owner are wearing coats? Only in Paris :)

The French do love their dogs, don't they?

I'm smiling while reading some comments..Here in France, , we think that English people are the most in love with their dogs. I did not know we had such a reputation for foreigners.

Very cute shot! I could be happy living a dog's life in Paris. :)

Don't know how you come up with such cute pics! The dog is sweet but I'm loving the ruffled skirt with boots!

What a nice picture ... Paris is such a nice place to live in ... I've been living in this town for 25 years, then left for Cannes, in the South of France ... I always go back to Paris with tremendous pleasure ... My mother still lives there ans I can visit like a tourist, now, which is absolutely fabulous !

At first, I thought the person sitting on the wall was levitating.

Life is good for a pampered Parisian pup, n'est-ce pas? I'm thinking that look gets results every time! So cute, Genie (and SO well-composed).

Pierre -- Merci, mon ami

Suzi -- I love the little dogs with their coats... Almost time to bid your little pup "à bientôt" is it not?

(sourire) Just joking!

Very chic and stylish I'd say.

Lol, I guess it's used to having to look up!

Anni -- Ah, and I'll never tell... I think that it was a young person (dangling legs) and two mature women

Loulou -- Merci, and they are stylish, non?

Grace -- Well, I had a hard time doing the b/w as the puppy's coat was bright red! I need to learn some photoshop techniques such as all b/w with one thing in red...

Andy -- That may be why there are so many dogs in Paris... everyone did!

biebkriebels -- I think that he knows the woman with the boots who always has a little treat for him... just thinking that is so...

Léia -- Merci, and he was so cute in his red coat

Carol -- They really do and are welcome most anywhere...

brattcat -- (Read what I said to Bergson - hehe) She was sitting on a ledge... merci!

AA -- Although it was April it was a bit chilly... merci!

V -- Yes, and I was thinking about you when I spied the rouge coat! Glad you liked zoom-zoom!

Brittany -- As I remember the dog's owner is off to the right and not in the photo... The pup was "begging" from the friend - hah!

Sylvia -- Merci, my fashionable friend!

Jack -- Oui, the dogs are welcomed more places than children!

Malyss -- I think that I have seen more in Paris than when I got away from the city. Perhaps the city-dwellers are more inclined to "tote" their pets than when living in the 'burbs

James -- Yes, they do live well in Paris!

Tammy -- I think that it might have been a wool ruffled coat but either way it was quite stylish and cute!

oh so Frenchie! love it !

Genie -- Paris and Beyond said...

Hélène -- What a wonderful collection of experiences and memories you must have collected during those years in Paris... now Cannes... tu as de la chance! Thank you for visiting and leaving a comment!

Starman -- You are smart to have figured it out... better than most - hah!

Alexa -- Oh yes, he has the moves down pat... He truly does not look to be suffering any at all

Clueless and Jim -- Are you two split personalities? Chic and stylish x 2!

Abby -- He is, and I think he knows it! Merci...

Genie -- Paris and Beyond said...

Jann -- Nice to see you here again... merci! This one is definitely "Frenchie"

Picturit -- Merci... It is nice to hear from a photo pro!

Chieftess -- Too funny! I think that it is in his Hermes bag!

bisous

A-M -- Then I am successful at blogging as part of my interest is to share my love of Paris with others... Thanks for letting me know.
