La vie est bonne n'est-ce pas?

Life is good, isn't it?

I do not know if this is my best photo of the year,
but it does exemplify the relaxed approach to life seen in Paris.

Draw in deep breaths
and love life as it unfolds.

I definitely agree, and it's a wonderful way to feel as the calendar turns to a new year. Lovely photo that captures the essence of life in France.

"Savoring the experience:
This was the only reward of age, passions remain as strong as ever, but one has won (finally!) the power that adds to the flavor of supreme existence, the power to take the reins of the experience, of directing it slowly towards the light ..."

I wouldn't mind being at that table right now...with a sundress on. It's 16 degrees here in Kansas!

I wish you a very Happy New Year Genie!

Yes, Genie, life IS good and life in Paris seems to be near the upper end.

You gotta love life. It is the only one you are going to get.
