Palais Royal - un vélo très cher

Palais Royal

If you could read the mark on this bicycle
you would have an idea of its price.
Seen in the upscale shop at Palais Royal
it was gleaming in beautiful reflective silver as if to taunt me.

...still pouting because Santa did not leave me a bike this year...
again!

I am joining in James' Weekend Reflections today.
Take a look at other reflections from around the world.

Can't quite read the maker's mark, but it's certainly an interesting frame.

Bamboo?

Not familiar with this brand, but it looks sleek, modern and expensive! Father Christmas probably thought you were not a good girl in 2013; do you have any secrets to share?!

I think Santa needs to bring you a Marc Jacobs velo for your birthday :) Do I need to whisper a hint in his ear????

Lovely reflection!!

Un vélo très cher, mais très intéressant!

A la prochaine!

Agreed, Genie—this shiny silver, bright yellow, and bamboo bike is a beauty! (I couldn't ride it though, and will stick with my sturdy blue cruiser.) Meanwhile, I'll have a chat with Santa on your behalf. :~}

The one thing I know about good bikes from Mr. Biker Rick is that they are very expensive -- and that doesn't always include pedals!

That is nice bike... And the reflections you caught on that display are so "printanières"... Great post !

Yes, this bicycle would work for me. I can store it at my new place on Rue du Cherche Midi.

It looks expensive.

You have to be extra good this year Genie :) I wonder if that expression 'you never forget how to ride a bike' is true, it's been so long for me :)
