Incredible capture! Beautiful skies make the perfect backdrop from some of my favorite landmarks! Breathtaking! Enjoy, mon amie!HugsSylvia
This photo is pearl and daylight is magical. I like very much.
Quite spectacular indeed, Genie...comme une rêve! (^_^)
Beautiful, Genie. The Tuileries and the banks of the Seine between Le Grand Palais and Pont Neuf are my favourite places in the world for an evening stroll. Or indeed a stroll at any time of the day. Thank you for the reminder.
Gorgeous shot! I like this photo very much!
Gorgeous shot. Could be a postcard.Sam
Perfect shot, this sculpture is awesome and the sky color is breathtaking!Léia
You have capture so much in this one shot.. much of what you were talking about yesterday also... very present today ! Très très joli8
ah, what a capture!
Your photo is simply lovely Genie and the siloette breathtaking. x
I'd agree. There's a magical quality in your photo.
You captured so many diverse areas in one shot.
They are all lined up! :) Nice you got the detail in the statue, mine would have been too dark!V
Seeing this would be a lovely finishing touch for the day! xo
You've such a romantic eye on things!
Yes well done on getting the detail in the statue despite the failing light. And the skyline of Paris is just so beautiful of course
How beautiful, you're giving me the traveling bug:)
tätärätätääää, I m so happy, at sep I m at Paris vor 8 days, juhuuuubig hugh Kathrin
Lovely evening image. The Eiffel Tower typically dominates the skyline. I am curious to your favorite part of the city. We spent such little time up on Montmarte but really enjoyed the views of the city from there.
That's a great one :)
Oh la la, la lumiere! And that's just for starters . . .
Wow! Wonderful shot! Very romantic too!
Post card perfect Genie!Cheers from Montreal.PS: You lucked out on the weather, I suspect. Due to really bad weather (it rained buckets), my "Springtime in Paris" experience was a total disappointment. Will have to give it another shot.
Lovely. We missed the Tuileries when we were there but if we ever go back to Paris, I am determined to spend some time in there with my camera.
A pretty place at a nice time of day, Genie.
Very powerful looking.
It was a golden evening and your photo reflects that. I agree with the others, it is post card perfect! Paris joy today :-)
Un grand coup de la statue dans le fond de la Tour Eiffel à Paris. Comme moi, il n'est pas seulement une statue silhouette. Bien éclairée. Beaucoup de salutations! Peter.
Stunning! Postcard perfect :-)
There are some days in which in a period of an hour or two I can just load my memory card with images. The camera is happy, the lighting is perfect, and the details present themselves. This time of year, Paris delights us with "extended daylight" hours. One can get exhausted staying up late and getting up early, but I can always sleep when I get back home. The barricades are already lining Ave des Champs Elysées in preparation for the 14 juillet parade and festivities... wish we were all there. What a party that would be!Bisous,Genie
Absolutely stunning image Genie, the colours in the sky are beyond gorgeous and of course all the iconic features are so good to see!
What a splendid image Genie...... I love it!Have a lovely day,Ruby
Such a classic shot....the sunset, the statuary, the tower. WOW!
Très belle image !Félicitations !Belle journée,Pierre
Lovely shot. Great decision to light up the foreground statue, Genie.
