Déjeuner avec Maman

Working a puzzle and enjoying a sip after lunch, best friend at your side... parfait

Eh oui, les deux semblent heureux. Ils ont besoin l'un de l'autre. Mais la Maman ne doit pas trop abuser de sa liqueur préférée, sinon elle ne verra plus ses mots croisés...
Bon week-end, Genie!

Genie, you did a great job of capturing the feeling of someone in deep thought.

C'est une mamie à la page!!! elle fume et elle boit!... Elle est très absorbée par sa lecture... Elle a peut-être un petit penchant pour le jeu!
Gros bisous

Oh, to find the time to work a puzzle, and take a sip after lunch! A great composition to reflect upon!

I have a new 'best friend' and I hope that one day she'll be as well behaved as the one in this photo.

I'm wondering about the pronunciation of mamie. Is the first syllable pronunced the same as in Maman?

Love the pensive mood of this photo.

The only thing with this picture is the little box in the foreground.

It matters not wether the puzzle was solved; it matters much that you have a friend by your side.
Congratulations you have a wonderful blog.

Richard -- Comme d'habitude tu es drôle... Vraiment, ils ont besoin l'un de l'autre. Bon weekend à toi, Richard.

R -- Merci, mon amie... Hope you enjoy yours as well!

Malyss -- Half the fun of the photos of unknown subjects is imagining their stories... Merci!

Andy -- Deep thought or perhaps... deep puzzlement

martine -- Tu as raison... Maman n'est pas parfait avec peut-être un faiblesse morale.

Jojo -- Well, she IS in Paris, hah!

Margaret -- I thought based on the color photo that she was really drinking water but .... Merci!

Harriet -- How wonderful! The dogs in Paris are quite well-behaved in restaurants but on the streets is a different matter...

Cezar -- God bless you, my friend and I look forward to your weekend appearances... I agree with you!

Virginia -- Oh, yes... but we must continue to perfect our skills!

Starman -- You mean the cigarettes?

Joe -- I agree with you totally... He was definitely attentive to her... Merci!

Cathy -- Thank you for visiting and for leaving me a comment... I hope that you will visit often!

Randy -- Yes, and most places we go in the US are not as dog-friendly in restaurants!
