Un bateau et la Seine

A boat and the Seine

We see here the captain at the bow of the boat
(driving while talking on the phone)
and perhaps two lovers at the stern.

Since this photo was taken from the quai,
there was not an opportunity to ask questions or to discover the story

C'est un mystère!

Great moment captured! We are left to fill in the blanks. I love it.

What a fine image - and what a fine looking boat!

Looks like a scene from a James Bond movie. Maybe they were doing a remake! :-)

Oh, to be sped along the Seine from one magnificent sight to another in a vintage teak boat!

Looks like something I would like to be doing right now!

Looks like a scene from a good book - romance or murder mystery?

No matter where or when it was taken, asking questions would be rather intrusive.

I've got boats today too. How deep is that river? Would it give me goosebumps?

This kind of bot is very expensive. There's surely an interesting story behind the picture!

Sans le paysage autour, on pourrait s'imaginer que l'histoire se déroule aussi à Venise ... !!!

I love it!! Si romantique....aahhh Paris! ;))

And I'm sure the French would poo-poo the humble cheese curd, but do give it a try if you get a chance, Genie...dangerously good....
Merci beaucoup pour la visite!
