Passage Saint-Roch

Passage Saint-Roch

A light rain,
faint light of an autumn morning,
and the clicking of heels
as she made her way through the passage

Click, click, click ... My heels are following right along, rain or shine (weather is not a factor in dreams)! Love this in B&W and the way the street glistens.

The buildings look huge in this picture, it's a beautiful passage and very well captured!

Great shot Genie. The vertical lines provide so much height and the grey tones beaucoup intrigue.

Very, very nice. If you could have caught her two steps earlier, you would have had her entirely against the lightest part of the cobblestones.

De belles verticales.

Wonderful image! The diagonals of the curbs lead you deep into the scene; and these are nicely balanced by the verticals. The glistening bricks remind me of the Gustave Caillebote's painting, Paris Street: Rainy Day. Well seen and perfect for B&W!
