I find it a great idea to look for the sun inside of a church!This picture is simple but very strong and tells a lot! I like it very much!

Yes—you chose very well, mon amie. Paris is a tough town in winter for anyone who suffers from SAD. (But, then, if you can hang in until summer, you're rewarded with light until late at night!)

A beautiful shot and an unusual subject - the chairs all joined, nothing to kneel upon, raising questions
as to where it is, and how it works!
I think l'Église Saint-Eustache is one of my top five churches in Paris.
This kind of simplicity is so warm! I love it.

Margaret -- I think that this is the arrangement in many of the large churches of Paris with the rows closest to the altar having the kneeling benches.
