Les Floralies - Rue Cler

Les Floralies
Rue Cler

On this pedestrian street,
the local residents have a wide selection
of fresh produce, flowers, linens, chocolates, and a daily market.

The terrace cafes are a great place to watch pedestrians
and the street's activities.

The terrace cafes sound like the place to be Genie. Wishing you a lovely weekend.

Today in the States, we should all buy flowers for the Marquis de Lafayette. :-)

Well the chocolates would draw me right in!

What Revrunner said. (Apparently the marquis left some progeny behind here in the USA -- I have a friend who is directly descended.)

I love little flower shops like this one. When I buy flowers, the clerk usually gives me a sly smile and says "she" is going to love them. I sniff and say "I got them because I like flowers."
