Église Saint-Quiriace - la porte rouge

Église Saint-Quiriace

The setting for this Twelfth Century church
 is rich with history.

We watched as she entered the red doors on gloomy day.
You can catch just a brief glimpse of her blue robes in the puddle.

Hi Genie,

Very nice capture. Have a great day!

Wonderful composition Genie. The complimentary colours work so well; the mauve in the door, the blue robes and the grey walls are perfect. The smidgen of a reflection in the puddle is a nice surprise. Cheers J.

She looks like she belongs in an ancient tableau!

Genie, you and Virginia should link your always delightful Sunday church posts with the inSPIREd Sunday meme!

So far I would say this is your best of the year. I'm sure you will amaze us with more.
