What a decadent dress :) It's like a modern snow angel dress
I have never seen a bride wearing such dress, it seems extravagant.
As I'm now a wedding photograph may be I will see it, them I let you know.
You can see part of my wedding pictures at the following address :

I'm afraid to ask the price.
Brittany -- "Snow angel" is a perfect description. Merci!
Laurent -- Votre photos sont magnifiques et font avec un oeil de photographe. Je les aime bien!
Andy -- If you have to ask you cannot afford it.... I am guessing that it is a lot of Euros!
Wow what a fashion statement bet it had a price to match. Kev
I remember that one! Agree that it looks more like a snow princess costume than a wedding dress that you would wear once. Can't imagine the cost... and then what do you do with it?! Maybe there is a second (or at those prices third) hand store for couture wedding dresses. Hummmm might have to look online and see what I can find for holiday parties this year! :-)
Gorgeous! Elle est belle!
xo
I can sum it up in deux mots: Oh, my! Would never wear it, don't know anyone who would (or probably could afford it); however, it is exquisite to look at. Your photo with the street reflection is pure art. See you in a few hours. Bon voyage ma chere amie!
Chandeliers and flowers sound like perfect partners for this wonderfully fluffy concoction, Genie! Thanks for sending me off to bed with such lovely visions in my head.
That's what I'm talking about! You've inspired me to start dragging ( pun intended) out some fine evening wear that I shot in the Marais at Alexis!!!
This is yummy, I think I detect a train there. Imagine taht floating down the aisle!!!
For which princess was this created, Genie? (Since it was created for a princess, there's no point in asking about the price.)
Terrific capture, gorgeous gown, delightful reflections and I'm glad I'm not looking for a wedding dress -- everything would look frumpy in comparison to this one!! Have a great weekend, Genie!
Sylvia
Holly -- It was a lovely window and gown. We'll have to check it out en decembre!
Provence -- Ah oui, tu a raison.
M - I think that with couture they may not expect it to be worn. It is a piece of art! See you in a few hours.
Shell -- With your delightful artwork you deserve to have lovely dreams!
Virginia -- Can you imagine her riding the Metro on her way to the church? Oh my!
Rob -- So glad you popped in for a visit! I think if you are a princess you do not have to worry about the price! Bon weekend, mon ami.
Sylvia -- As short as I am I would feel frumpy in this one anyway - hah! Merci, mon amie and bon weekend!
"a wealth of dresses" indeed ...
Julie -- Indeed! A wealth of dresses for a wealthy prince (or father of the bride)! Merci.
Hi Genie
A beautiful dress. Once and upon a time, I wanted to be a fashion designer - luckily that didn't happen coz now, I am really not interested in fashion. I'm dressed in jeans and tshirt all the time and hate going clothes shopping.
After the wonderful dress, what I noticed was how it was displayed - it looks to me like it's got 2 transformer-like feet! LOl!
Happy weekend, Evelyn
"You may now kiss the bride, if you can find her in all those ruffles!"
Pretty to look at, weird to wear.
Liz
Now I want to see the woman who would wear that! I can only imagine what the wedding would be like!
Thanks for visiting! What a dress! Very creative, but I prefer the traditional dress :o)
Great capture!
Usually brides look like meringues, but this one looks more like an angel!
I wouldn't have liked to disguise myself like that though! I would have been afraid my husband cut me the wings:o)

Thanks for your visit and
have a beautiful weekend*******
A dreamy dress for some fairy bal..; That is such a lovely sharing, Genie...
Interesting you should post this photo as yesterday one blogger had a photo of a girl in a wedding dress on the métro.
Oh, so gorgeous! This would make a really cool wedding dress, too, very unique! XX!
What a dress for a princess bride. You'd have to be 6 feet tall and VERY confident to pull that one off! Great shot, Genie.
Looks like the kind of dress you shouldn't smoke around.
C'est une robe magnifique, ornée d'un beau reflet. Beautiful.
This is some dress! I'll bet it costs a fortune, but it looks like what some little girls could make out of aluminum foil and gauze of some sort! :)
Wow! This is a beautiful gown! But can't fit in that size anymore!
