Église Saint-Augustin

Église Saint-Augustin

Amidst the rooftops and chimney pots,
the dome of Saint-Augustin pushes toward the heavens.

With no special effects or editing,
this scene is seen just as it appeared:
a limited color palette
and situated against the backdrop of modern Paris buildings.

bon dimanche

Amazing view. Quite smoggy.

Those paris roofs to recognize everywhere. Great shot.

What would Paris be without chimney pots? :-)

I love looking at the zinc-covered mansard roofs of Paris.

It is beautiful, particularly against that skyline.

I noticed this church for the first time on my last visit to Paris, but not from this wonderful vantage point. I'm curious to know where you were standing to get such a grand view.
