Festivities surround Champs de Mars in July
Pony rides and picnics

Tomorrow is quatorze juillet, La Fête Nationale,
and the third anniversary of Paris and Beyond.

I'll take a pony ride and a picnic, svp.

First of all, Congratulations on Paris and Beyonds third year anniversary!!! That's wonderful! I do love your capture for the day primarily because I love horses and because it is such a delightful shot!! Have a wonderful weekend, Genie, and celebrate the fun!

Elles sont trop mignonnes! Wow—coming up on 3 years already? I've been here since Day 1, enjoyed all
of your great posts, learned a LOT, and am looking forward to more. Thanks, Genie!

Congratulation on your 3rd year! I can’t believe it has been three years already – I remember when you started your blog and we were a couple dozen or so reading it – and look at it now - you have over 658 readers! You have done so well and it is because your pictures are excellent. Also thanks for not calling Le Quatorze Juillet – July 14 – Bastille’s Day. I have tried several times on my blog to explain that the Bastille jail was just a symbol since there were only 7 prisoners in it at the time (4 forgers, 2 mentally insane and 1 libertine) and the important fact is what resulted – like solidarity, equality and social improvements for the people.
