Église Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois2, place du Louvre
That looks amazing, I've not seen a design like that before. A beautiful Sunday picture, thanks Genie.
Très jolie photo toute en douceur.Bon dimanche, Genie!
nice shot
I love it, it looks like the "zen sands"
Cela me fait penser aux assiettes de purée que les enfants prenaient plaisir à décorer avec la fourchette...Tout en tendresse...Bisous
I love the swirls! I wonder if there is a reason they did that before planting the candle.
Could you tell us more about the base? A very nice way to display the candles.....very soothing/comforting feeling
Beautiful shot!
At first, as your post was loading, I thought it was candles in cake icing. And, as creative as the French are, it still could be! Soft and beautiful picture.Liz
Wow, that's is both spooking and comforting. I can't figure out what/where it is. A new view of Paris! Thank you!The count down is closing fast. I bet you're so excited to be visiting Paris again soon.
very unusual candles display..but vey soft, and beautyful.A mix between christian and zen spirits?..
I'm really not sure what I am seeing here. Maybe the idea is just to take it in, and not overthink it? I think I'm supposed to see sand swirls, but I'm going with cake frosting!!!
This image is so soothing, so peaceful... Thanks for sharing!God bless you!Cezar
It looks like the dessert I had last night.
Very nice image with great depth of field.
You captured the candle light beautifully!
Perhaps it is a simplified version of a prayer labyrinth -- I can see lighting a candle after completing the prayer circle.
I hve seen sand holding candles in France I think but this design is lovely!!
Interesting way of displaying the candles!!! Quite lovely, and practical too!!!
A nice spot for a good meditation.
