Very elegant with that hat!But ...think about the long hair, so she could be also a Brazilian girl! :) Long hair is very popular between Brazilian girls. :) LOL Léia
Those shoes would send Aimee into a frenzy Genie, they are so gorgeous. Love how you caught the bike rider having a good gander, mind you she does look stunning.
What style! You have composed this beautifully, capturing her from the back. And there was no fear of the bicyclist objecting to the photo because he was too preoccupied!
I do agree, who wouldn't take a second look! And she does look SO French! Love the shoes -- been many years since I wore anything even similar!! The expression on the bikers face is priceless! Another terrific capture, mon amie!! Thank you so much for your good wishes, they are appreciated so very much! Enjoy the day!
Ooh la la, Genie. I am so disappointed in the cyclist. By his age, he should have perfected the technique of looking straight ahead and catching a good ogle from his peripheral vision.
I might have missed her but Marie spotted her walking so elegantly. I had to almost run to catch up with her before the light changed and she crossed the street.
Richard, I am sorry that I did not get her face, but can assure you that she was a beautiful as she appears from the back. The cyclist was not attempting to be suave with nonchalance, nor was anybody else in the vicinity.
She must be French and she carried herself with grace, not a haughty sway, but one of self-assurance.
Jack, I think that perhaps the cyclist had difficulty with the technique you mentioned, but after all, he was on a vélo.
The hat and outfit were perfection and the shoes were just divine!
Wow--what a beautiful woman. I love how she wears that bold dash of bright color. But most of all, I love that she's wearing a gorgeous hat and shoes with a touch of eccentric detail!

French girls never fail to turn heads around and get that look of admiration from strangers... ♥

Great candid shot. She does look stylish - dress like that round here and you would almost certainly be going to a wedding!

Your timing is impeccable, Genie—well done, mon amie!

For sure! No tourist would wear those shoes. :)
Yep; the shoes, the stance...
Um bom retrato urbano. Parece que o ciclista ficou encantado com a beleza da senhora
Doesn't she look divine...oh to be her for a day. I love the shoes! X
Just had to Aldo say that my word verification was funny today "achoo" which is really funny because I have a cold x

Yes indeed and I bet that's a French guy checking her out. :)
I love her shoes!! I´m not sure if the monsieur likes what he sees, he´s looking so serious...
Perfect example that "French Women Don't Get Fat"...also very stylish!

I suspect he'd have to brush up a little to grab her attention, she seems immaculately turned out!
I love this shot. What a great capture.
What a great timing, Genie! I also love this shot.
:) Nice one!
Perfect shot, Genie! Yes, she is definitely a French Girl!
I wonder if the man on the Velib has a sore neck or if he fan into the back of a car. ;)
