A small garden?

Just opposite Café Le Nemours, we discovered these little gardens, 

raised beds, with flowers and vegetables.

Tented booths selling regional products (truffles, cheese, etc) 

as well as fine crafts such as jewelry and pottery completed the scene.

These two chiens were an interesting pair 

as they strolled on the "Paris dirt" at Jardin du Palais Royal.  

One, sleek, petite and dark...

 the other, fluffy, medium-sized, and white.  

They did keep in close step, 

each with the other, 

evidence of much practice on early morning walks.

I think that if I could just pick one café in Paris for people-watching 
it would be here at Café le Nemours.  
No matter the weather 
as you can move under the cover of the building in the rain 
and there are heaters when it is cold.  
The morning I took this photo, the chairs and tables were all empty... 
save the patriot at the end of the row.

her feet were a blur.

Was she off to meet un petit ami 

or just rushing back to work?
