Le Charolais
Monsieur is selecting oysters
as the patrons eagerly await these delicacies on the café terrace.
I will be back in Paris soon and will enjoy some oysters here
and also around the corner at Le Baron Rouge.
They are deliciously salted by the sea
and need nothing more than a splash of lemon juice.

Monsieur is certainly focused on the task at hand. Nothing but the bets for his patrons.
Interesting !
Le Charolais est plus connu pour ses boeufs à viande que pour ses huitres, mais je suppose que les "bars à huitres" servent également des steaks.
Nothing better than oysters, I love our visits to the local market on Saturday mornings :-) Have a good Easter Diane
may it be yet another glorious trip for you, dear genie.

Oh you lucky girl!!! Paris AGAIN!!!?!!!!
I still say they're better in Arcachon. :~} But that's not stopping me from being very envious that you get to enjoy them in Paris once again!
Oysters are a big seller in Paris and nobody yaks about the months with an R!
