Well I've had a month of fabulous photos to catch up on, and now I find you're there as I type! Have a wonderful wonderful time you lucky thing and I look forward to more photos. x
Hello Genie: This is lovely. You really do have an eye for seeking out the unusual, the original, the amusing and the unexpected, all of which are combined here.
Aww, that's so cute!! I'd be tempted to write a tiny parking ticket for fun. Meanwhile, I'll imagine what a beautiful time you're having, Genie. Bises.
It is very late here in Paris and I do not think that we could have enjoyed ourselves more than we did today. We played hard all day meeting Peter for lunch at L'ecailler du Bistrot for an assortment of oysters followed by a perfectly cooked whitefish. We closed the place down for lunch as we were the last customers to leave. We meandered our way back to Les Halles until our feet were tired.
I am always thrilled to introduce Peter to a place that he has never been and so succeeded today!
Also, as we were greeting Peter in front of the restaurant, I her a voice say my name. Totally surprised I turned around and saw my dear friends Karin and Franck from the amazing restaurant Hier et Aujourd'hui . He is an outstanding chef and they are a great team. I wrote about them on my blog on January 31, 2011.
More adventures tomorrow. Oh, we saw two Repetto windows today!

Nice ride.
In a city like Paris you have to learn early how to park your vehicle correctly - or sometimes in a "creative" way.
Very special parking place, indeed!
Hi Genie,
Thanks for sharing this image. Children can park in many strange and funny places!

Very cute.
... and you even noted the street number! :-)
Love this! When out and about I always try to make sure I do not miss things like this. x
So cute! Your attention to detail is admirable! Don't forget that you have to enjoy Paris twice :)
'Cool' wheels Genie, I wonder what chic petit child rides these.
Oh, yes! Cool wheels indeed, Genie!! Delightful capture as always! Great way to enjoy every moment -- with a camera in hand!
Hugs

Her ride waiting right outside the door! At least I'm thinking this is for the little lady of the house. HAH :)
Glad you made it safely and are enjoying your time with Peter.
