Marché d'Aligre
The street markets of Paris are many, each with its own flavor.
You never know when you will find a porte-bonheur (lucky charm),
a cherished memory that will long remind you of Paris.

Belle journée Genie...

J'adore errer sur ces marchés...
gros bisous
Did you get the glass candlesticks on the lower right for me, Genie?
Oh, I see several things that I wouldn't be able to resist, Genie!! Delightful and what a great shot for the day! Hope your week is off to a great start!! Enjoy!
Hugs

I'll take the cut-glass bowl and those gorgeous glass candle-holders. My sort of market Genie!
We are always so pleased to stumble across a market such as this on our travels particularly when overseas. The trash and treasure on the table often tells such a story about the history of a city.
Love street markets. I've found so many hidden treasures through the years.
Beautiful glass stuffs and I like b&w in this picture, well done!

The markets are so interesting and fun!
It was one of my favorites when I lived in Paris! and yes, you never know what you might find :-)
It's really neat to see day to day scenes like this one...Lets us "stay in touch" a bit, with the rest of the world.

i would make sure to bring my trolley bag with me but how will i fit it in my luggage is another. ^0^
love flea markets, like they say,
one man's trash is another man's treasure.
A definite MUST for the next trip across the pond! Alas, our one day at Vanves last fall was cold, rainy, dreary--not the best day for such an outing, even for the sellers. By mid-morning they were beginning to throw the tarps over what I'm sure was some good stuff. But we did find a few goodies before that happened. :-)
Street markets, both food and second hand, are what I am looking forward to about living like a local in France.
I'm offering another giveaway and would love for you to let me know of more hidden gems and special places that are often overlooked.

looking forward to finding a memento ...
:)! Wonderful
My favorite kind of shopping!!
How I loved the incredible markets. This is splendid!
