There is nothing as spectacular as a carrousel at night in a glory of lights.
It is even better when you throw your head back
to see La Tour Eiffel as you are spinning.

A wonderful carousel and the magnificent Eiffel Tower... hm.. sounds a little like Heaven!
There are so many carousels in Paris that I am not sure that I could count them all. I know of some that were "shuttered" on previous visits and there are a few that I must see still. See? I should have said photograph.
From the elaborate double-deckers like this one to the simple one with rings and simple horses, they are treasures.
