Haha yes les enfants love to press their faces into the windows. I like this set, particularly with the Eiffel Tower. Although I hope this isn't their "Christmas windows"? I'd imagine that comes in December?
Very colorful. I am sure all the bright colors as much as anything delights the children! I can just see them with their little faces up against the window.
Karl looks like he could be a Tim Burton character from "Nightmare Before Christmas." Did he make you Photoshop his image to make him appear suitably thin?
I love the French sense of humour Genie, it seems to be a touch whimsical with a bit if 'tongue in cheek'. I have to say it still makes my day all these months later to see Paris through your eyes!! I hope you enjoyed your slightly different Thanksgiving dinner, oysters you say hmmm! nice.
HA It does look like Karl. I love the windows too and the fact that the Parisian windows are a tad (TAD???) over the top and edgier than the usual Santa with the elves hard at work in the workshop! V
Ah, Carl! What a talented egomaniac! I thought last year's Chanel window was more inspiring, with all the "Mademoiselles" displayed. I'd rather look at Coco than at Carl any day of the week-- but shhh! Don't tell him that! ;-) Veronique
So many Karl Lagerfelds in only one window!! And even much more children in front of the windows! It was really crazy. I´m very happy that we shared this experience. Check!
A creative window at Printemps, but not the man I would usually associate with Christmas.I prefer the chap with a the round, jolly face and white beard. As a child, Karl would have given me nightmares!

Mister Lagerfeld looks more thin than ever here.

I'm going with the wife and kids on Sunday. Did you take these this year?
Your photo and comment made this older child smile! They are so clever!
They always have the best Xmas displays. THis one is cute and funny!
Yes, this just screams Christmas to me...Oh, wait, no it doesn't.
Delightful!

C'est trés amusant! No fat bearded guy in a tacky red suit would do for a chic Parisian style emporium.

Gosh, they cloned Lagerfeld! As if one of them wasn't enough!

You made it! Just in time before leaving for this time! Fortunately - in a certain way - that the christmas window displays start early! :-)

Ah Lagerfeld! this man is sooo fascinating! to be there in shop windows is a kind of consecration!
I'm surprised there wasn't a stampede!
Photo merveilleuse!!!
Je te souhaite un beau fin de semaine.

How fabulous! So wonderful to be able to see the windows, even if we cant make the trip there for Christmas! Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful display!
This is just too cute. What a wonderful window display. Love the character in the foreground with the camera.
This is so cool! I was a bit disappointed with the Harrods windows in London last weekend, which I found quite boring... nothing as funny as this :-)
Made me immediately thing of Jim Burton's "The Nightmare before Christmas"! ;-)
Think! (Karl confuses me every time!)
"I did have to gently nudge a child or two to get this shot." Love it!

Love it!!! So French and so funny!
