It is just such decorative detail which makes exploring any city both of interest and a joy.
I'd love to have a balcony. And if I did - I too would put geraniums on it.
The red geraniums look great from your perspective Genie and must also provide a wonderful splash of colour for the residents.
The flowers are nice, of course, but those rails are what really set them off.

I love this shot! I've planted a window box of geraniums outside one of my windows and it reminds me of Paris everyday!
This is such a pretty shot. Images taken from below are so tricky. Sometimes they come out artistically, like this one, sometimes they just look cockeyed -- or at least, some of mine do.
