"Zest!"
Taken in the window of Galeries Lafayette, this grater would be fine for a citrus zest but not shaped well for larger fruits and vegetables. I wish that I had bought one for my kitchen wall.
In observance of Theme Day for the City Daily Photo blogs (a different theme on the first day of every month), there is a double entendre with this photo: First is the obvious function of this grater for making zest; second, my heart beats faster when it sees the Eiffel Tower design... zest!

A splend take on the theme, Genie!
It's one way to make 'zest'. Good idea. MB
Wonderful! Never seen one like this. Great for the theme day.
Grate shot, lol!
Well chosen ! Bravo !
Oh no Genie! You have no idea how much I want a grater like this now.. I'm just going to have to go back to Paris and get one :)
Zest from this grater would make my taste buds sing Genie.
a spendid and unusual choice for the theme
Good one, Genie.
Yes, definitely one for the kitchen wall, Genie.
I also need to return to Paris to get one of these. Meanwhile, it's perfect for the theme no matter how you define it!
terrific interpretation & photo!
Very clever!
I want one of those too!
what a great little grater!
I REALLY want that grate! Wonderful photo, Genie! Wish you had bought one for you!
Now that's fun!
I want one of these, too! You have a two-fee selection for zest. How clever.
Even if it were never used, that would certainly add some "zest" to a kitchen.
Hi Genie,
Love your take on the word Zest
and yes, I am like you just seeing the Eiffel tower makes my heart beat faster. Would like one for my kitchen too.
Happy new week
hugs
Carolyn
