Dancing at Mouffetard

Dancing at Mouffetard

This little Parisian dancing with her father
could give the French-girl-wanna-be a run for her money.

Take a moment to dance a step or two today.

  1. What an adorable photo!! You don't have to urge me to dance -- ever! Delightful capture, Genie, as always! Have a great new year!

  2. Dear Genie. I took the advice inspired by your photo today. While painting the fence with my iPod on I took the occasional two step between brush strokes. Cheers J.

  3. No doubt her smile charms her partner. I couldn't help but notice that she has a better tailored coat than I have. haha.

  6. Great photo. You really caught her personality. I'll have to make a special effort to dance today, driving 4 hours to visit my grandmother.

  10. That is a cute picture. I also liked your sunrise in Paris. I missed Paris tremendously yesterday as we always had such a good time in Paris for New Year’s eve – it is such a great holiday there (a lot more than for Christmas, which is more considered for children.) Have you been down the Champs Elysees at midnight on New Year’s eve? All the cars blowing their horns and happy people. The culture is reversed here, more at Christmas and not so much for New Year. Your blog has really grown – I guess you chose a good subject and your pictures are pretty. I’d like to see some pictures of your hometown though sometimes, but I am also happy to look at my hometown on your blog, even if I don’t comment. Have a great 2013 et bonne continuation!
