Parc des Buttes Chaumont

Parc des Buttes Chaumont

The first time I viewed this scene it seemed impossible that I was still in Paris, well within Boulevard Peripherique.  On this Sunday afternoon, the park was full of people enjoying a sunny afternoon of leisure.

(Put it on your list)

  2. Know the spot well. This looks like one of those "follies" you see on English estates.

  4. One of the most beautiful parks in Paris, certainly. I like that it is so hilly compared to the others... Lovely shot, Genie. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)

  14. Le belvedere de Sybille. Before the park, there was an old quarry of some kind, mainly used as a trash heap. Lovely place.
