La Tour Eiffel en hiver

Do you know that it takes
about 60 tons of paint every seven
years to keep the tower looking young?

The tower is actually three shades of brown (often called "milk chocolate")
with  the darkest at the bottom and the lightest at the top.

A true icon Genie. I think I would need more than 60 tons of paint to make me young!

Of course it's called chocolate. I'm so hungry now. Great photo. I want to be there any time of year.

I did not know all of that. Merci, ma chère!

I knew they freshened up the paint job periodically, but didn't know it used three shades.
