Eric Kayser's
raspberry tarte
Although it is not as healthy as a bowl of raspberries (perhaps), the delicious bed of custard and perfectly prepared pâte sablée makes it "almost healthy" and too divine to resist.

Oh, YUM!! I know what I'll dream about tonight!!!
Oh my...that is entirely beyond delicious.
You must be kidding, not healthy? ;-)
Definitely a great cure of winter doldrums. I bet.
Tu es très portée sur la pâtisserie en ce moment. Tu ne trouves pas que la taille des petits gâteaux diminue de plus en plus alors que leur prix augmente ?
Yummy.
nam-nam, as we are saying in Norwegian:)
Miam, miam - my mouth is watering and I've just had dinner! Warm regards
la pâte sablée semble effectivement parfaite !
And perfectly crowned with a sprinkle of pistache and a bite of chocolat :). Miam-miam!!!
My mouth is watering. I want to eat this tarte right now!!!
We went to this place last time we were in Paris last Spring - got a most wonderful small bread for the goat cheese and fruits and veggies (got them at the market near Bastille) for our lunch in the park on the first Sunday with supreme sun and then watched the petanque players. What a wonderful day with wonderful food.
Almost (I said almost) as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. I'll add another "Miam!" to the chorus.
Oh my goodness that looks delicious!
Who cares if it's healthy when it's that scrumptious.
Oh gosh, that looks good. French food is so pretty!
Compared to a lot of French desserts, it's the healthiest one I've seen! And pretty, too!
That would not be safe around me.
Too scrumptious for words.
Can't think about this Genie.. got to lose those 5klgs :)
