Among the fine chocolates and cellophane-wrapped treats,
this window also displayed some decorated eggs with a handmade touch.
The windows were full of feathered chicks as well.
I wondered if the eggs were hollow shells and if not,
would they survive in the week until Easter.

Ah, yes. Les Chocolatiers have been egging people on during the approach to Easter. How typical.
I hope you get to enjoy an appreciable amount of what they offer — whether solid or shell.

Une belle vitrine et une superbe photo...
Gros bisous
This is so sweet, it reminded me of one year I went out with Dd in search for vintage egg cups to do a little display....She insisted they all be " animals",
anyway we settled somewhere between the finds,... and each got our favorits....You inspired me to " find" them today, still time, thnx!

They look like children's art --- I love the bright colors! This put an Easter smile on my face!
Oh happy day! I needed this...
I think replacement eggs about mid week should do it!
This post just makes me smile!
These gayly coloured eggs look a whole Kindergarten class' production, really uplifting! The chicks are cute.
Cute eggs. I'd much rather see these instead of the more fixed ones.
I remember coloring eggs with the girls and grandchilden. What a delight these eggs are.
Happy Easter!
What a charming display, Genie! Most of them really do have a made-by-small-hands look. (I'd like to add a couple of those egg cups to my little collection too.)
These eggs give the impression that lots of fun was had while doing the decorating. Nice find.
This display is in a window near the marketplace of d'Aligre and is a very humble area of Paris. I loved the handmade look of the eggs along with the display of collected egg cups.
Although Ladurée's Easter/spring window display is quite elegant, there is something endearing about the scene in this simple window.

How pretty! I think I'll decorate some eggs for Easter this year, too.
