I agree totally Genie the colour and the playful scene make it a work of art in it's own right!! btw I'll save a spot for your yacht next to mine in the harbour haha!!
Your little corners of Paris are delightful! About Alabama, I will not take your offer to visit seriously, but since we travel to the US every year we might some day pass by Mobile. As an example here is the book I "helped" my nephew Tomas write last time in Alabama visiting some friends. I'm the one on the dark-blue tie-shirt on the back-cover! http://www.blurb.com/books/909115 So you know what a crowd to expect for lunch :-)
The blue caught my eye immediately. I love that shade used as trim on houses. What story is depicted by the little cupid fighting with a crow over a bunch of grapes? :-)
You have a lovely eye for detail. This image brings a smile to my face. Thank you for your encouraging words and support on my blog. I appreciate it more than you know.

Une jardinière, un ange et une colombe... tous bleus. Très joli! Bon weekend à toi aussi Genie. -- Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
I couldn't agree more! Delightful capture, Genie! Have a wonderful day and a beautiful weekend, mon amie!

(I was glad to read that you consider Rodin as a Rascal!I agree on that point Ü)
Sometimes, just to add a touch of colour makes it all!

Such a simple design but so perfect. It's a pity such decoration doesn't adorn some of today's architecture. Have a good weekend.
Yes great shot of a blue angel. Sometimes the joy of discovery is in the little details. Thanks for showing
Your angel who is blue had made me less so!
Great shot Genie. I love that French shade of blue. I've never been able to duplicate that shade here. (Sigh)

Delightful, indeed!

You know I love that color! Excellent shot Genie.
Delight is in the details.
So pretty! Only in Paris...
Well done, Genie. Focusing in on a small part of the whole has rewarded your fine eye here.
What Jack just said! Flowers would almost seem superfluous here, I think. Bon weekend, Genie!
My favorite kind of detail and an excellent image.
It is very nice. Looks like it's been painted more than a few times.
The artist must have made this before pigeons became such a problem.
That looks so lovely and is a perfect shade of blue.
Une image parisienne...Bon fin de semaine à toi-aussi
Bisous.
I think this is the real 'Parisien bleu'. Lovely photo.
Lovely Genie! I love the color.
Have a great weekend!

How enchanting this is.
How exquisite ~ and I love the colour {no surprise there, I guess!} And thank you once again for your inspiration, dear Genie.
One of the first lovely things we saw in Chartres .... Such a wonderful trip! Bon weekend ma chère amie!!!
Gorgeous color! Would look fabulous with orange...like an October sky with pumpkins all around.
Love this image. . .reminds me of THE UNFINISHED ANGEL.
