I expect Proust or Mme. Swann to come through that gate and get into a carriage.
It does look nice hanging above the gate. We had a wonderful display of wisteria in our garden last year. I hope we have a repeat this year.
Invasive maybe, but beuitful absolutely :)

Whenever I think of Montmartre, I think of wisteria. It just is the best -- and everywhere! I wish I could grow it here!
