Mini Jacinthe

Mini Hyacinth

In the midst of winter
a "forced" bulb such as these hyacinths
reveal the promise of spring

The sweet smell of these flowers
is as fragrant as the finest Paris parfum

  1. May spring be as lush and green as these hyacinths promise Genie.

  2. Hello Genie,
Hyacinths have such a delicious fragrance and they scent an entire room when indoors. How could one resist one of these charming specimens in their little glass pots? Guaranteed to give a touch of Spring to any room in which they are placed. Lovely!

  6. I happen to know that spring was a distant promise on this day—so beautifully captured by you here. (I'm craving it even more now.)

  8. My hyacinths are gone for the year. I look forward to their heads peeping above the soil next Spring.

  9. There is nothing quite like walking into a room and feeling the presence of a hyacinth or a paper-white narcissus. Joe, I am hoping for a fragrant spring.

May there be many flowers this spring as it has been a rough one for many. Our azaleas should be blooming shortly and will adorn our yards with flowers.

    Bises,
    Genie
