Jardin des Tuileries
The autumn leaves can be seen down this alley.
The trees, many still green, provide some shelter from the rain.
I do not bring an umbrella to Paris
as I cannot hold an umbrella and my camera at the same time.
I am like a wet dog, but a rainy day in Paris...

Still i have the idea that an umbrella and paris can be a lucky combination on a photo. Well done.
My most favourite 'walkway' in Paris.....just lovely x
I'm imagining a little umbrella that pops up from your flash shoe. :-)
I think Paris is even beautiful in a rainy day!Always a surprise!

A coat with a hood is much more practical for a stealth photographer :) Hope you're having a fantastic time!!!
Wet but wonderful!
You can always buy one if you get desperate. We were very desperate in April! It just poured! But yes, it IS harder to hold the camera though somehow I managed -- I'll bet your camera is bigger than mine!
I like to be under the rain. In Paris as well as anywhere! :o)
The perspective in this photo makes me want to be there, despite the rain.
Beautiful shot! I was wet all the time in Paris it seemed.
We just ended our third day in Paris after three gallery exhibits, a walk in the Bellville area, and a visit to a rooftop bar. Le Perchoir is a relatively new (two months) and is hidden in a warehouse building. The view is stunning! I am taking many photos to share upon my return. Thank you for your comments
I will check in tomorrow after another busy day in Paris.

Rain or shine...I'll take Paris....I guess you and V are there together.
Genie, Genie, Genie! You need an umbrella. You can take the photos one-handed.
Thank you for sharing your visit...I was in some heavy rains in Paris my last visit...I have to admit, I did get a little wet & cold...but it's all part of the experience: Unconditional Love!
Beautifully captured!
Great photo!
So lovely to know you're back in your beloved Paris again, Genie, and in wonderful company. Take care, enjoy, ma chere! Bisous.
