it would be here at Café le Nemours.
No matter the weather
as you can move under the cover of the building in the rain
and there are heaters when it is cold.

I live very close to Le Nemours and recently took a photo as I walked past. I didn't notice two friends madly waving at me from one the tables until one of the them tapped me on the shoulder about 100 metres away!
When you see those chairs. you instantly know where you are in the world.

You must get out pretty early to capture these types of shots with no people.

How early do you have to get there to find these places empty?
It works for me, I will just sit here next to you and we can watch the passersby. I will specialize in the hot women, you can watch the hot guys.
