Le travailleur
Color-matched for the job at hand,
this worker made a nice contrast to the stark winter scene.
May you not work too hard this week
and take time to enjoy your surroundings,
wherever they may be.
Rue de la Montagne Sainte-Geneviève

Ah, he is a nice spot of color on a winter day, isn't he!! Hope you have a lovely week wherever you may be this week! Enjoy!

Thank for your good wishes Genie. May your week be filled with sunshine.
ReplyDeleteWinter seems an unlikely time to be doing repair work outside.
ReplyDeleteRe-painting the fence?..The kind of thing I'd rather do in spring or summer, especially when living in Paris.
ReplyDeleteThe colour of his coat is amazing, think he should just stay there and become part of the scenery :-) Have a great day Diane
ReplyDeleteis he sprucing things up for us? cant wait!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful catch! The splash of color in the green bucket nicely complements his blue attire. The naked branches leave no doubt as to the season. Hugs, Stan.
ReplyDeleteHe must be brave to attempt a job like that in winter.
ReplyDeleteMy serounding was this saterday, les montagnes au loin.
Ouf ! Ca c'est positif.
His smock is very close to the color they call French blue, n'est-ce pas? This spot is about a block from where I used to live. Le grand sigh.
ReplyDeleteYou can't miss that blue coat.
ReplyDeleteThe man dresses very nattily for his work, doesn't he? Nice image, Genie. And best wishes to YOU, too, for a good week.
