Rue Soufflot
The grand rue between the Panthéon and Jardin du Luxembourg
has many interesting windows, architectural elements,
and a few signs.
I do not think that photographers say, "Watch the birdie!" any longer.

Great sign ... Now everyone just says "smile" :)
ReplyDeleteCute photo! This camera reminds me of the old type camera on a stand where the photographer covered his head and snapped the picture. :)

ReplyDeleteThis is a very creative sign. Looks particularly good contrasted against that beautiful blue winter sky.

There you go, looking up again. :~} (Do you ever wonder what photogs like Atget and Cartier-Bresson and Brassai would make of digital photography?)
ReplyDeleteSo it's either a photo shop, a bird store or a girl's store? Or maybe a combination of the three?
ReplyDeleteHow sweet. I saw may of those type signs all over France.
ReplyDeleteSweet sign. The street's name sounded familiar and then I remembered. Eons ago on an early trip to the City of Lights I stayed in a small hotel on this street. I remember it best for the flocked wallpaper that covered every wall and the ceiling. And the fact that a lot of the strips were peeling. Definitely not a 5 star but the location was fabulous and the staff was wonderful.
ReplyDeleteC'est le look V° arrondissement ?
ReplyDeleteOh I want to be there! I so love this part of Paris!
