It does indeed look like the perfect spot!! You always manage to capture those, Genie!! That's why it's always fun to wind down my day with a visit to your blog! Hope your week is going well!
With script in hand the director was furious. This was supposed to be the defining moment in the movie, the instant where everything became clear. It was all wrong. Nothing was going as it should. Every time Lucinda gave Gerard that all knowing gaze that damned fountain burst into life ruining the scene.
We have a friend who did fashion week in Paris and Milan last year. She hated working as a model, even in Paris. She's home now and back in school. Hope this model has better luck. The photographer at least looks cheerful. How could working in Paris be bad?
Speaking of freezing. I saw a shoot in Feb in the Tuiliries and the poor model was doing a wardrobe change behind a sheet they were holding up...brrrrr

Great capture, Genie ... Love all the story lines your photo could lead us to. Also, she must be a French girl!!
ReplyDeleteMost places in Paris are great for shooting movies!
ReplyDeleteFunny I was there once and saw a fashion shoot! It must be the place to go in Paris. I think so too!

Hello Genie:
ReplyDeletewe always dream of being 'discovered' one day....perhaps if we wait around the fountain in the Jadin du Palais Royal???.....
Pleased to see that she has her fur wrap to keep her warm!
what a contrast ...
ReplyDeleteThe poor girl on the left looks like she's freezing!
ReplyDeleteI think a photoshoot rather than a movieshot. The model looks rather cold, poor girl.
ReplyDeleteLove the fountain in the background and of course the French girl with her fur wrap and her hair wrapped in a tight bun. :)

ReplyDeleteExcellent water shot.
ReplyDeletei might be dreaming but from afar, he looks like Romain Duris. ^0^
ReplyDeleteThere are a lot of great locations for a photo shoot in Paris!
