but we are all a bit "fragile"
Bon weekend!
Spotted in a vacant store window on Rue de Turbigo. The shop was being renovated and these "fragile" models had been covered and protected for the transformation.
To see more reflections, go to James' Newtown Area Daily Photo.
So true! x
ReplyDeleteMy 'tete' is definitely not in the clouds, but rather looking down at all the snow and ice so I do not slip, for I am 'fragile'!
ReplyDeleteMagnifique photo artistique, Genie!
Wow! The illusion of heads in the clouds is there. Nice capture Genie.
ReplyDeleteOne street inside the window shop! This picture is perfect, amazing clods and so beautiful sky reflected there!
ReplyDeleteVery well done!
Léia :)
Challenging composition, Genie. And you're right; we're all fragile, some more than others.
ReplyDeleteWOW again,a powerful image Genie. It could easily be a contemporary art installation!
ReplyDeleteHow interesting! Good juxtaposition.
ReplyDeleteAt first glance in its thumb image it looked liked mountains and people as big as the mountain reaching to the sky. It s larger image is another thought and fragile as you say, suits it well.
ReplyDeleteI thought they were headless for a moment. Love the cloud reflection. Good spot on this one Genie.
ReplyDeleteBon weekend,
V
"Fra...gee...lay, that must be Italian!" "Uh, I think that says FRAGILE, dear."
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see the word fragile, I think of the scene from A Christmas Story.
Very cool picture.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo! I don't think my head is in the clouds but I'll be the first to admit, I'm fragile.
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific capture for the day and what marvelous reflections! And, yes, I frequently do -- even after all these years -- have my head in the clouds! Great post for the day, Genie! Have a fun weekend!
ReplyDeleteSylvia
What an interesting reflection - a perfect capture.
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome and sort of similar to my Something Sighted reflection. :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! You made me smile out loud! What a great Reflections shot!
ReplyDeleteVery nice photo with the heads in the clouds.
ReplyDeletePerfect verbiage for this shot! I love the clouds and buildings in this reflection!
ReplyDeleteI know exactly how they feel! :~} Great capture, Genie, and I love the way it almost seems like a b&w image with spots of red.
ReplyDeleteIt's marvellous!
ReplyDeleteoh, very good observation!
ReplyDeleteHe he he! Love it!
ReplyDeleteare they wearing the new collection for next spring?

Big bisous et belle fin de semaine, Genie****
Fantastic reflection and very well said.
ReplyDeleteTruly the coolest photo I have seen in a long time! Love the cloud reflection and how it makes the mannequins appear headless. And, yes, we are all fragile so we must handle with care.
ReplyDeleteGenie, a very special image. I'm sure we all know fragile people with their heads in the clouds.
ReplyDeleteThat's the way I felt today thinking about the weekend ahead. Nice reflection.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful image, Genie ~ and philosophical at that. Next time I'm feeling fragile, I might slap a little of that tape on my forehead and see if it makes a difference. Bon weekend!
ReplyDeleteExcellent ... fait pour les rêveurs ... Attention, ne pas casser !
ReplyDeleteVery very nice!
ReplyDeletePatrick Tillett, Extremely Overdue
