Petits sapins

For those with only the very smallest amount of space, here is a Paris option for your petit sapin de noel.

Paris is cold but only delightfully so with sun and no wind today. I feel very fortunate to have met both Laurent of Daily Photo Paris and to see again Peter of Peter's Paris. How wonderful to meet friends face to face!

Bon weekend to all!

  1. Considering the price of real estate in Paris, I'm afraid that this size of tree would be the only one to fit in an apartment I could afford! Pretty holiday picture!

  5. Oh, tres mignon (and what Ninny said)! How nice to encounter blog pals in person. When I recently met Pierre, from Venice Daily Photo, he said he feels like he's already known me for two years. Me too!—and I'd sure like to "meet" meet you some day soon.

  6. WEll Meeps says, to tell Genie, Holly, Laurent and Peter that she wishes she could be a Paris chat this week and have some fun!

I"m not sure about these little things. I"m holding out for the big rouge over the top flocked tree I had on my blog! HA

WAR EAGLE! Game is at 3 our time. Call if you can.

  8. Delightful picture, Genie. But sadly, these are trop, trop court for un Arbre de Noël. Good suggestion, though.

  12. To all -- We are enjoying Paris and meeting friends and making new ones! We awoke this morning to SNOW! We were not slowed by the accumulation but noticed a lack of tourists today.

We saw some full-sized trees not at all like these miniatures, and we even saw some trees covered in snow that looked like they were dressed for the holidays.

A wonderful weekend to all. I do love reading your comments while I am away and feel very much in touch with you all.

  13. Finally back on a computer (disk totally crashed and burned). Love the mini trees -- I would like to spread them around my house. So glad you were able to meet Laurent and to see Peter, again. Enjoy the snow (I know you will enjoy Paris). Bises et tres bon weekend!

  14. Petit sapins indeed - but these would certainly work in many of the small spaces in Paris.
