As I see it, Life is a beautiful trip on a stair like this one, starts in childhood and we grow looking for challenges, looking up. When the homework is done, we find a window at the top and we see the light of sky. Then by maturity the body returns to the safety of base; by wisdom, mind returns to childhood and spirit keeps climbing, in love with the window's freedom... Before we become the light that forms everything, we try to capture that light. Being photographers... Many many thanks Genie. For me this one is a wonderful gift: curves (to the self), depth, motion, composition, rhythm, timing, mistery. Big hug...
Beautiful stair case. I like it.
ReplyDeleteDizzingly beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of the staircase at my friend Jerry's apartment. LOTS of steps -- but so pretty! Nice framing!

ReplyDeleteI have a great fondness for spiral steps. This one's a beauty.
ReplyDeleteI don't blame you for not running down those stone stairs. Frédérique can just wait for you at the bottom! :~}
