Église Saint Pierre de Montmartre


Consecrated in 1147, this church is dwarfed by Sacre Coeur
and almost ignored by the tourists...
which makes it worth exploring.

  5. The organ pipes are impressive! I've seen a clock in a sanctuary before, but it's been a long while.

  6. Lovely. How very interesting to see the clock on the organ but it makes sense (assuming there is a keyboard below where the organist is sitting) so he or she can track the time!
