The bouquinistes were open on this rainy October day
selling to the tourists who braved the weather.
The very old books, journals, and cards are kept in the back of the stall,
protected from the rain.

Gros bisous
Time for raincoats and furry collars Genie.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like dreary winter weather is upon you now.
ReplyDeleteSous la pluie ou au soleil, c'est toujours agréable.
ReplyDeleteHi Genie,
ReplyDeleteWe are starting to get this sort of weather here in Malaysia as the annual rainy season comes again!

This may be one of my favoritss of all those you have posted. It's moody, a memory and just lovely.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...sometimes things look so pretty sous la pluie...But I'm sure the boucainistes find those days difficult...
ReplyDeleteI'd rather be there in the rain than not there at all. However . . .
ReplyDeleteBeing under the rain in Paris is never a problem. But of course, bouquinistes surely prefer a bright sunny day.
ReplyDeleteStill nice, even in the rain
ReplyDeleteUn beau souvenir .....
ReplyDeleteBizzzz....

You and I would be there, Genie, even in the rain.
ReplyDeleteI would have stopped.
