This fashion house led by the the stylish Chantal first made the lingerie scene during the 1960s and 1970s. All the world was shunning the frilly lingerie and burning bras.
She flaunted the feminist movement, fabricating lingerie from menswear fabrics and at the other end of the spectrum sensuous fluffs of lace, silk, organza. While visiting Paris, I regularly walk past this window on Rue Saint Honoré, always anticipating a visual treat.

ReplyDeleteI love walking around the streets of Paris, looking at the window displays.
The Chatal Thomass window is fabulous - I have one of her umbrellas.
