Rue Daubenton
The grill of such interesting design and the boxes of flowers
might have been missed but
the white background of window shutters
provided a lovely backdrop.
I got off of my Velib to take this photo
as I am not steady enough
to ride without hands while I click and shoot.
C'est vrai!

ReplyDeletethe vélib here in nyc is up and rolling ... come visit and we'll go biking!
ReplyDeleteThank you for not riding with no hands. Freaks me out!
ReplyDeleteThis is a stunner of a shot with the color, the contrast and grille. And once again, a good reminder to keep looking up!

Oh this is lovely Genie! :). Perfect photo.
ReplyDeleteI like the grill woork.
ReplyDeleteLovely grill detail and find! Our town ended its "velib" program alas, but nearby New York just launched theirs:)
ReplyDeleteOn peut y voir aussi des escargots.
ReplyDeleteI once took a photo while riding my bicycle. It is not something I recommend. I could have killed myself!
ReplyDeleteI like the iron work.
ReplyDeleteFruit and flowers! Good eye.
