Les B. Arome Cafés
A cup of coffee is never just a cup.
A cup of coffee is never just a cup.
This little sip was found at La Ruche à Miel
in a cup with the green logo of Les B. Arome Cafés.
Hummm, I guess not all coffee in Paris comes from Cafés Richard after all.

That is a tiny little cup! Would it be enough?

Hello Genie:
ReplyDeleteJust the image to start the day as we anticipate the first coffee of the morning.
A happy weekend to you.
Of all the things I miss about Paris it's my sip of café-crème
ReplyDeleteI miss most of all.
"All Things French"
hmmm I think it's a good idea and I'm going to prepare my coffee here! :)

Oh just what I need right now! Back in a sec - just going to turn on the coffee machine...............
ReplyDeleteLovely cup and the intriguing scroll design on the table just adds to the composition! Great way to start a Saturday!
ReplyDeleteI wish I could be sitting in Paris with a cup of anything from anywhere! Oh and a pain au chocolat too.
ReplyDeleteV
I wish I could be right there with Virginia—and you, Genie!
ReplyDeleteAlthough we travelers to France love 'most' of the coffee we drink there, REAL coffee enthusiasts say French coffee is pretty bad!
ReplyDeleteI would like to purchase a set of those adorable cups!
ReplyDeleteI can taste it. Perfect little espresso cup. Despite the size, I made the mistake of ordering two espresso once...and flew all afternoon.
ReplyDeleteThat looks so French!
ReplyDeleteI'll take the cup and the coffee! :) The cup is exquisite.
ReplyDeleteThis looks so appealing. I visited our French restaurant in downtown twice this afternoon for cafe pour emporter to keep me warm while strolling an art festival. (It's in the 50s and windy right now...brrr.)
ReplyDeleteEven with the numbers of wonderful coffee spots here in the states...there's nothing quite the same as a latte in Europe...with a pastry or two!!!
ReplyDeleteAlthough...I have to admit...we had some of the best coffee ever in Ecuador!!!
I've not long since finished my coffee, Genie, and you have me wanting to fire up an espresso. Lovely depth of field. Bon weekend, my sweet.
ReplyDeleteDuncan, it would take two cups for me!
ReplyDeleteSim, you can buy many of the French brand cups online but I do not think that this one is sold.
Starman, I am not sure, but i know that the first coffee I had in Florence was strong enough to take a walk down the street!
I am in snow this weekend ( away with family) and I have thought about warm beverages all day! Tomorrow I will be back on the Gulf Coast where it is not usually so COLD.
I would love to join all the blog friends in a Paris cafe for a sip of coffee or tea along with a French pastry. Bon weekend.
Bises,
Genie
Un express, un p'tit noir, un jus... So many names for this in French and argot parisien.
